If I choose to purchase my Season Ticket but cannot attend, could I transfer my seat to someone else?

Yes, you can return your seat for re-sale via the Ticket Exchange option. Season ticket holders will also have the option of forwarding their ticket to one of their Friends & Family if they cannot attend a game, full details coming soon.

Will the cost of my Season Ticket depend on how old I am by 1st August 2022?

Yes.
If you are 65 years of age by 1st August 2022, your season ticket will be priced at the over 65 rate.
If you are 21 years of age by 1st August 2022, your season ticket will be priced at the young adult rate.
If you are 22 years of age by 1st August 2022, your season ticket will be priced at the adult rate.
If you are 16 years and under by 1st August 2022, your season ticket will be priced at the junior rate.  Any adult / junior season ticket holders where the junior will be 17 by 1st August 2022, will also need to re-locate to a different area within the stadium - we will be in touch week commencing 11 April to discuss your options.

I have renewed my Season Ticket and received a confirmation email, but when I log in online it still says 'Not Renewed'?

Please don't worry. The status of your season ticket on your ‘My Account’ will be updated before the new season begins. If you want to retain proof of renewal in the meantime, just hold on to your confirmation email.

During 2021/22 season I was relocated due to the Red Zone. Will I return to my original seat for 2022/23 season?

Unfortunately, we cannot yet confirm if you will be able to return to the season ticket seat you were displaced from to accommodate the Red Zone during season 2021/22. For the time being, please renew your season ticket and as soon as we have confirmation of the Red Zone for the coming season, we will contact you.

Can I take a one-year Season Ticket Holiday?'

Season Ticket Holidays are available to supporters who didn't take a 1-year seasonal holiday for season 2021/22.
If you choose to take a seasonal holiday for season 2022/23, please be aware that match credits for games played during season 2022/23 may be used as sales criteria for games played during season 2022/23 and beyond. If you take a seasonal holiday, you may not qualify for home cup or away games that you would normally qualify for.

Will my eligibility for future ticket purchases including away and home cup games be affected if I take a holiday for season 2022/23?
If you choose to take a seasonal holiday for season 2022/23, please be aware that match credits for games played during season 2022/23 may be used as sales criteria for games played during season 2022/23 and beyond. Will Season Ticket Holidays be offered for season 2022/23, and who can request one if so?

Season Ticket Holidays are only available to those who didn't take a holiday during season 2021/22.

When can I request a Season Ticket Holiday?

You have until 24 May to request a Season Ticket Holiday. We will not accept any requests after this date.

I have an Adult Season Ticket and sit with a Junior. If I take a holiday, does the junior also have to take a holiday and vice versa?

Yes, you must return all your season tickets at the same time.

I have an Ambulant or Wheelchair Season Ticket and sit with my Personal Assistant(s). If I take a holiday, does my Personal Assistant(s) have to take a holiday and vice versa?

Yes, you must return all your season tickets at the same time.

If I take a Season Ticket Holiday, can I make any other ticket purchases or join the Auto Cup Scheme during season 2022/23?

Supporters taking a Season Ticket Holiday will forego the right to purchase tickets for any games for the entire 2022/23 season, including;

  • Premier League home and away games
  • European home and away games
  • Domestic Cup home and away games
  • Cup Finals

If I take a Season Ticket Holiday, will I lose my purchase history?

We will safeguard the credits you obtained during season 2021/22 and previous seasons. However, supporters will accrue ticket credits for games played during season 2022/23 and if you choose to take a season ticket holiday for season 2022/23, you will run the risk of no longer qualifying for games played from season 2023/24 and beyond.

If I take a Season Ticket Holiday and we get to a Cup Final during the 2022/23 season, will I be able to purchase a ticket?

No, should you take a Season Ticket Holiday you will be excluded from all sales during the 2022/23 season.

If I take a Season Ticket holiday but my circumstances change during the season, can I request my seat back?

No, not until season 2023/24.

If I take a Season Ticket holiday, will I still have access to other benefits I have due to being a Season Ticket Holder?

No, should you take a holiday you will forego all associated benefits for the duration of the 2022/23 season.

What is the Club doing with tickets returned from supporters taking a Season Ticket Holiday?

Seats returned will be offered to supporters on the Season Ticket Waiting List on a temporary basis, and this will not affect the season ticket waiting list position of supporters.

If I take a 1-year season ticket holiday, will I return to the same seat when I return?

Yes, we are committed to holding your usual seat for when you return.

How do I request a Season Ticket Holiday?

Please log in online to purchase your season ticket and select the option to request a season ticket holiday. You will not be charged for your season ticket.  

V12 FINANCE

How do I apply for finance to pay for my Season Ticket?

Select the V12 Finance option at the checkout page and you will be automatically redirected to the V12 Finance website to complete your application. Please note, you must complete your finance application within 45 minutes.

What information do I need to hand to complete my application?

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Previous 3 years address history (with correct postcodes)
  • Email address and mobile number
  • Employment details
  • Bank details
  • Photographic ID (this will only be required if your application is referred)

Can a member of my Friends and Family renew my Season Ticket for me using V12 Finance?

Yes. If renewing more than one season ticket in the same transaction, all season tickets must be paid using the finance option and would be bound to one finance agreement.

How long will it take to get a decision on my finance application?

You will receive a decision almost instantly unless your application is referred. Please note, you must complete your online application within 45 minutes.

My application for finance has been referred by V12 Finance, but I have received a confirmation e-mail from the club confirming my season ticket has been renewed. What does this mean?

V12 will be completing further checks before confirming if your application has been accepted or declined. V12 will contact you directly should they require any further information. Please note, your season ticket purchase is not complete until V12 have accepted your finance application.

What do I do if my Finance application is declined?

V12 will contact you to advise that your application has been declined. The email will contain an appeal process which you can follow should you still wish to pay via the finance option. Alternatively, you can purchase your season ticket via another payment method but must do so before 24 May 2022.

How old must I be to apply for Finance for my Season Ticket?

You must be 18 years old or over.

Will I be charged a fee if I renew using the Finance option?

The 10 month repayment plan interest rate is 0%, meaning you do not pay any interest. An administration fee will be charged which will be included in your first monthly payment the cost of the administration fee will be calculated as 3.95% of the cost of your season ticket. Can I use both Ticket Cash and V12 Finance to pay for my Season Ticket?

Yes, if paying with Ticket Cash and finance, please ensure you select the Ticket Cash option first online.

Can I pay for my Season Ticket using a credit/debit card, then pay the remaining balance via V12 Finance?

No, if want to use the finance option, you must pay for your season ticket(s) by finance in full.  You cannot pay using multiple payment methods.

Can I use the Finance option to purchase my Season Ticket if I do not reside in the UK?

No, V12 Finance can only offer finance to UK residents.

AUTO CUP SCHEME

Will I need to meet eligibility criteria to join the Auto Cup Scheme for the 2022/23 Season?

Yes, season ticket holders are subject to the same qualifying criteria as members. This allows for a much fairer process for all supporters who would like to attend home cup matches.

Where can I find details about joining the Auto Cup Schemes, including eligibility criteria?

For details on the scheme and eligibility criteria click here. When you renew your season ticket online, the system will show you the schemes you are eligible to enrol into.

If I decide to enrol during the Additional Enrolment Period, do I have a choice in the seats I am offered?

Seating will be subject to availability at the time of your enrolment. Full details will be published on the Auto Cup Scheme section of the ticketing site here.

When do I need to pay for games if I enrol into an Auto Cup Scheme?

Liverpool Football Club will automatically charge your registered credit/debit card if and when any home cup fixtures arise, or a draw is confirmed. We will be able to confirm ticket prices once fixtures are confirmed.

TICKET CASH

What is Ticket Cash and how do I get it?

If returning your seat for sale via the Ticket Exchange, Ticket Cash will be one of the options you can select for the return of your refund following the sale of your seat. When you select Ticket Cash, instead of money being refunded to your original method of payment, it will stay in an online wallet linked to your Ticketing Account. You can then use it for future ticket purchases. Any Ticket Cash owed to you will be returned to you after the match has been played.

How do I use my Ticket Cash?

You can deduct Ticket Cash off the cost of ticket purchases online once you reach checkout. Ticket Cash cannot be used for Auto Cup Scheme ticket payments.
If you are using Ticket Cash alongside an additional payment method, please ensure that you select the Ticket Cash option first.

Can I use the Ticket Cash belonging to a member of my Friends and Family, if making a purchase on their behalf?

Yes, and the amount used will only be deducted from the cost of their purchase.

STADIUM ACCESS

My current Season Ticket seat is now a rail seat, and I would like to move. How can I request to do this?

Rail Seating is now in place in the following areas;

  • Kop - areas 304, 305 and 306, all rows
  • Kop - areas 202 to 208 in KOP rows 61-68 only
  • Lower Anfield Road Stand - all seats

If your seat is within these areas and you would like to move, do not renew your season ticket as normal. Instead please complete this form to request an alternative seat location and we will get in touch with you to confirm or discuss your move.

My current seat is a rail seat and I have completed the Wufoo form confirming I would like to move. How long will it take for my request to be actioned?

Our Ticketing Services Team will be in touch with you ahead of the renewal period ending to discuss your options.
