Season Tickets 2023/24

There may be times when you can’t make it to a Premier League home game.

If you return your seat for a game via the Ticket Exchange and your seat is re-sold, you will receive money back. You have the option to receive your money back in following ways:

1. Choose for the funds to be added to your Ticket Cash account after the game has been played. Any funds you hold within your Ticket Cash account can be spent against future online ticket purchases.
2. Have the funds transferred directly to your bank account within 10 days after the game has been played.

This option is available for home Premier League and Cup games.

Season ticket holders can forward their ticket to a member of their Friends and Family, up to a maximum of three times per game before they are locked. Once locked, tickets can then only be returned using the Ticket Exchange.
