CHANGES FOR SEASON 2025/26
We have taken steps which attempt to make the members ticket sale process more convenient for supporters.
- Set your seat preference
When registering for the All Red ticket ballot, supporters will be able to indicate their preferred seat location and ticket price. If you are successful in the ballot, you will automatically be allocated a seat in line with your preferences. You will also be able to indicate if you’re happy to purchase any seat if your preferred area is not available.
- Automated seat allocation
If entering the All Red ticket ballot, you will be required to provide a payment card when registering. Apple Pay & Google Pay will also be available. You will not be charged at point of registration but if your ballot application is successful, you will automatically be charged for your ticket(s) taking into account your preferences where relevant. This means that fans who are successful in the ballot will no longer need to queue online to purchase tickets.
- If your payment is declined
Supporters who are successful in the ballot but whose payment is declined will be notified by email and given additional time to make an alternative payment.
Please note – payments will be processed whilst the ticket ballot takes place.
