What will happen if I did not register for the games I was eligible to register for? 

You will be unable to purchase tickets for games even if you qualify, during any ballot sales that take place.  

How will I know if I am successful in the ballot? 

Further information and ballot results have been emailed on Tuesday 23 January to all supporters who have registered for the ballot.

Supporters will also able to check within the Personal Details section in their My Account which games they have been successful for. 

When will ticket sales take place following the registration period?

The sale for disabled members who are successful in the ballot will take place from 1pm until 5pm on Thursday 25 January.

The sale for members who are successful in the ballot will take place from 8.15am on Friday 26 January.

If I am unsuccessful in the ballot, will I have an opportunity to purchase tickets ahead of each match?

Supporters who have been unsuccessful in the ballot have been given a waiting list number for each game they registered for.

When we are at full capacity in the Anfield Road Stand, we will sell in waiting list order to eligible supporters.  Details of these further sales will be released in the coming weeks.
