Registration

How and when can I register? 

All eligible members must register online between 10am on Wednesday 26 June and 8am on Tuesday 2 July if they want to purchase tickets during the dedicated member’s ticket sales in July 2024.

How can I check if I am eligible to register?

You can view the match credits you accrued during season 2023/24 in your My Account.

Supporters who purchased tickets during the 2023/24 season were also emailed on Thursday 6 June with details of the match credits they accrued.

Why can’t I see all games when I log in to register?

You will only see games that you are eligible to register for.

Eligibility criteria can be found in our Members Ticket Sale Hub.

How many members can I register within the same booking?

You can register up to a maximum of four eligible members for every game you are eligible for.

What will happen if I do not register for the games I am eligible to register for?

You will be unable to purchase tickets for games even if you qualify, during the member’s ticket sales taking place week commencing 15 July.

Will I need to make a payment or enter card details when registering?

No, payment is not required during the registration process.

Will I have to queue on the site to register?

A queuing system will be in place as we expect the site to be busy during the registration period.  

When will ticket sales take place following the registration period?

Ticket sales will start week commencing 15 July.

Members Guaranteed a Ticket

I am a Member with 13 or more match credits recorded from Season 2023/24, will I be guaranteed a ticket for all games that I register for?

Yes, as long as you register, you will be able to purchase and be guaranteed a ticket during the ticket sale which will start week commencing 15 July.

I am a Member with 13 or more Premier League home match credits recorded from Season 2023/24, can I register with a member who does not have 13 or more match credits recorded?

No, you can only register with other members that have 13 or more match credits recorded during season 2023/24.

Members being entered into a ballot

I am a member with between four and 12 Premier League home match credits from season 2023/24, can I register with a member who does not have between four and 12 match credits recorded?

You can only register with other members that have recorded between four and 12 match credits for the following fixtures:

  • Chelsea
  • Manchester City

Your booking will then be entered into a ballot for each game you have registered for alongside all other bookings from members who have also registered and recorded between four and 12 home match credits.

For the following fixtures:

  • Brentford
  • Nottingham Forest
  • A.F.C. Bournemouth
  • Brighton
  • Aston Villa
  • Fulham
  • Leicester City

Once you have registered, your booking will then be entered into a ballot for each game you have registered for alongside all bookings from members who have also registered and recorded less than four home match credits. 

I am a member with less than four match credits recorded from season 2023/24, who can I register with?

You can register for the games you are eligible for alongside other members that have less than four match credits recorded. 

I am a member with less than four match credits recorded from season 2023/24, which games can I enter the ballot for?

Members with less than four match credits recorded can register for the ballot for the following seven fixtures:

  • Brentford
  • Nottingham Forest
  • A.F.C. Bournemouth
  • Brighton
  • Aston Villa
  • Fulham
  • Leicester City

If I register with other supporters, and have to enter a ballot for tickets, will we be entered into the ballot as a group?

Registering together in a group will mean that you will all be entered into the ballot as a group. Those who register together in the same booking, will either ALL be successful or ALL unsuccessful in the ballot.

If I register with other supporters, do we have to purchase tickets together if we are successful in the ballot?

No, you can purchase on your own or together as a group.

How will I know if I am successful in the ballot?

Supporters will be notified by email on the afternoon of Tuesday 9 July.

If I am unsuccessful in the ballot, will I have an opportunity to purchase tickets ahead of each match?

The additional member’s ticket sales will still take place ahead of each match with further details being advertised here. Tickets will be subject to availability and sold on a first come, first-served basis. Qualifying criteria may also be required, i.e., you may also need to have recorded a set number of games to be eligible to purchase.

Disabled

I am a supporter who is disabled; how can I register?

You can register online from 10am on Wednesday 26 June until 8am Tuesday 2 July.

Can I register disabled & non-disabled supporters in the same transaction?

No, disabled & non-disabled supporters must register separately.

Do I need to register my Personal Assistant?

Yes, if you require one you must register with your PA in the same transaction.
