Reds face battle to land Serbian ace
Liverpool are facing competition from Anderlecht in their pursuit of Red Star Belgrade midfielder Marko Grujic.
The 19-year-old has been a big hit in Serbia this season, hitting five goals and providing six assists in 20 games.
Liverpool have registered an interest in Grujic - who has confirmed he has been in contact with the Kop club - and are lining up a bid of around £3.5m.
However, according to Het Laatste Nieuws, Anderlecht have been scouting Grujic for the last month and are expected to match Liverpool's offer in January.
