LFC sympathy after Twente tragedy
Ian Ayre has written to FC Twente to express the club's sympathy following the death of two supporters in a stadium tragedy last week.
The lives were lost after part of the roof collapsed at the De Grolsch Veste Stadium on Thursday.
In a letter to the Chairman of Twente Joop Munsterman, our Managing Director wrote: "I was deeply saddened to learn of today's tragic accident and wanted to write to offer our heartfelt sympathy to the families, supporters and club officials at this very sad time."
