Gerrard delighted by Flanno's first cap
Steven Gerrard had a special message for Liverpool teammate Jon Flanagan after the youngster made his senior England debut in Wednesday’s 2-2 draw with Ecuador.
The 21-year-old was introduced as a second-half substitute in Miami to win his first cap for the Three Lions.
Afterwards, Gerrard took to his new official Instagram account to post the following photo with the message: "Congratulations to Flanno and his family on his England debut tonight, I know how much it means to them all. Well done mate!"
