18-year-olds Rebecca Hughes and Jade Adekoya represent the LFC community programme 'Goals 4 Girls' as they make the 4500 mile trip to meet up with their counterparts from Standard Chartered's all-girl 'Goal' programme.
We're with Rebecca and Jade every step of the way as they experience what life is like for young women in India and learn about what is being done to break down the stigmas attached to young women in sport.
This new half-hour show airs for the first time on LFC TV and LFC TV Online at 6.30pm this evening.
