Duo named in England squad
Andy Carroll and Stewart Downing have been named in Fabio Capello's England squad to face Holland this week.
Steven Gerrard is unavailable because of a groin problem, while Glen Johnson sustained a knock to his thigh in our 2-0 friendly win over Valencia on Saturday.
