Sunday’s 4-3 defeat at Bournemouth was naturally cause for disappointment – but Jürgen Klopp believes Liverpool can become stronger for it, if they heed the lessons learned at the Vitality Stadium.

“On the way like we are, there is no easy [way] - it is not without knocks, but in these moments you can get stronger. That’s what we will be after this experience – and in the next game, we can already show that.”

Elsewhere, Robbie Fowler explained why he believes Ben Woodburn has the perfect coach to oversee his development in the form of Klopp.

"I think he’ll be well looked after because Jürgen is very astute when it comes to handling young players and doing what’s right for them."
