Honour: FA Women's Championship (2022)
Melissa Lawley joined Liverpool FC Women in 2019 after two-and-a-half years and more than 50 appearances at Manchester City Women.
A skilful and forward-thinking winger, England international Lawley was key to the Reds' FA Women's Championship triumph in 2021-22 and duly signed a new contract with the club ahead of its return to the Barclays Women's Super League.
During her time with Manchester City, Lawley won two FA Cups and a Continental League Cup, and also reached the Women's Champions League semi-finals.
She had previously spent three years at Birmingham City Women, having started her career with Bristol Academy, and made her full international debut for England in October 2017.
