Fuka Nagano, midfielder - Liverpool FC
Japan international Fuka Nagano has impressed in the centre of the pitch since joining Liverpool FC Women from North Carolina Courage in January 2023.
The midfielder is a former Asian Young Footballer of the Year and winner of the U20 World Cup in 2018.
Nagano began her career at the Urawa Reds in Japan's top division and has also represented Incheon Hyundai Steel Red Angels, Chifure AS Elfen and Mynavi Sendai.
She scored her first goal for the Reds during a win over Manchester United at Anfield in March 2025.
In the run-up to the 2025-26 campaign, Nagano put pen to paper on a new contract with the club.
