Danny Drinkwater is set to sign a new deal at Leicester, according to reports.

The England international was key to helping Leicester to the Premier League title last season and is poised to become the latest Foxes star to be rewarded with a bumper contract.

Top-flight rivals Liverpool and Tottenham have been linked with moves for the former Manchester United youth, who scored three goals and provided eight assists last term.

Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly keen to bolster his options in midfield, while Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is said to have also been monitoring his situation.

Claudio Ranieri, Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez, Wes Morgan, Andy King, Kasper Schmeichel and Ben Chilwell have all put pen to paper on new deals - and the Telegraph claim Drinkwater is set to follow suit.
