Liverpool move for Steven Caulker
Jurgen Klopp has made a move to sign QPR defender Steven Caulker on loan.
The 24-year-old centre-back, who started his career at Spurs, is already enduring a frustrating loan spell at Southampton where he has been unable to get into the team recently.
Klopp was without all four of his first-choice central defenders for the Reds’ FA Cup tie at Exeter last Friday.
He is now determined to ensure he is not left short for the second half of the season and is looking for experienced cover.
