Free video: Reds wave farewell to Anfield for 2015-16
Liverpool embarked on their traditional end-of-season lap of honour at the conclusion of their last home game of 2015-16 against Chelsea on Wednesday - and Anfield gave the squad a fitting send off ahead of the clashes with West Brom and Sevilla in the Europa League final.
The Reds secured a point thanks to Christian Benteke's injury-time header against the Londoners and afterwards, the first-team players and fans showed their mutual appreciation for the efforts put in both on the pitch and in the stands over the course of the campaign.
