GOTD: Hyypia heads in brilliantly against Arsenal
Former Liverpool defender Sami Hyypia turns 42 today, and we're marking the Finn's birthday by reliving one his finest Anfield moments.
Sami was no stranger to a headed goal from a set-piece but, in terms of quality and importance, this in-off-the-post effort against Arsenal takes some beating.
The defender levelled the scoring on the night of this Champions League quarter-final second leg to put the Reds on track for a place in the last four.
And, though it required some late heroics from Steven Gerrard and Ryan Babel to ensure they progressed, Rafael Benitez's team did indeed knock out the Gunners.
