Watch: Anfield pays respects to Hall and Bennison
Prior to Liverpool's game against Norwich City kicking off on Sunday, Anfield paused momentarily to pay tribute to two of its finest servants.
A period of applause echoed through the famous stadium as the recent deaths of Brian Hall and John Bennison were respectfully marked by both sets of supporters.
Hall, a former Reds star and, following his retirement, PR chief with the club, passed away in July, and his family were present at Anfield to witness recognition of his years of service.
Former youth coach Bennison, whose death was sadly announced earlier this month, was also thanked for his considerable contributions to Liverpool's rich history.
