On-loan Allan strikes on SJK debut
On-loan Liverpool youngster Allan Rodrigues de Souza marked his first appearance for Finnish side SJK by scoring 16 minutes after being introduced as a substitute today.
The Reds recruited the Brazilian midfielder earlier this month and he immediately departed for a spell with the Veikkausliiga outfit until January.
Allan took to the field for SJK early in the second half this afternoon and was soon celebrating after putting them in front with a fine left-footer.
An 88th-minute equaliser by hosts KuPS denied him a winner as it ended 1-1, though the 18-year-old’s team moved top of the division on goal difference.
