Liverpool will aim to go back to the top of the Barclays Premier League table when they travel to Crystal Palace on Monday night.

Manchester City's 3-2 victory over Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday evening moved them ahead of the Reds on goal difference at the summit, with six points left to play for.

After the trip to Palace, Brendan Rodgers' men play host to Newcastle at Anfield on the final day of the campaign.

City will take on Aston Villa and West Ham at the Etihad, while third-place Chelsea tackle Norwich at home on Sunday before rounding off the season away to Cardiff City next weekend.

Meanwhile, Crystal Palace have confirmed that Liverpool supporters attending Monday evening's game will be allowed to take flags and banners into the stadium.

The Eagles reviewed their previous decision; however, Palace have requested fans ensure that flags and banners be taken down during the game.

Supporters are also asked to be mindful of the position of wheelchair bays at Selhurst Park, which are situated in the middle of the away section making it difficult to see the pitch when fans are standing.
