Throughout the season we'll be switching between Melwood, the club's Kirkby Academy and distinguished guests in our LFC TV studio, asking players to see if they can master our Top Bin Challenge.

Each contender will have a number of attempts at chipping a ball into a bin, which is positioned 12 yards away.

It sounds straightforward; however, if the responses so far are anything to go by, the test is proving anything but simple.

Last month, Kop legend John Aldridge couldn't master the challenge but this week he returned to the studios for another go - so how did he do this time around?

Aldo was joined by Chesterfield boss and lifelong Red, Paul Cook, and former Emmerdale actor Kurtis Stacey, who all fancied their chances at the Top Bin Challenge, so we've embedded a video of their attempts for LFCTV Online subscribers to enjoy below.

Can any of the trio emulate 'Great Dane' Jan Molby, former Reds Steve Heighway and Michael Thomas, Liverpool Ladies star Fara Williams and journalist Brian Reade in slotting the ball into the bin? Click play below to find out.

We also caught up with Jordan Henderson, who dug out his crystal ball to predict this weekend's Barclays Premier League fixtures. Click play below to watch the clip.
