Special prizes on offer with PL survey
Liverpool supporters could win one of a number of outstanding prizes simply by completing a brief Barclays Premier League survey.
As part of the Premier League's commitment to consulting with fans of all 20 teams in the division, the survey - which takes around 25 minutes to complete - is the chance to provide feedback of your personal experience of football in the league.
All fans who complete the survey will be automatically entered into a draw to win a pair tickets for a Premier League fixture, a replica shirt or one of 10 copies of EA SPORTS' FIFA14 video game.
