Liverpool goalkeeper Kamil Grabara kept a clean sheet to help Poland beat hosts Italy at the U21 European Championship on Wednesday.
Grabara's side made it six points from two matches at the tournament with a 1-0 victory in Bologna earned by Krystian Bielik's goal late in the first half.
Poland top Group A ahead of their final pool-stage game against Spain on Saturday.
