Supporters who require a Wheelchair Bay

We have received an allocation of 12 wheelchair bays with associated personal assistants
(personal assistant tickets will be allocated free of charge)
Supporters who require a wheelchair bay should email disability@liverpoolfc.com marking
the subject field as PSG Away, no later than 10am on Thursday 26 March, to register their
interest.
If the number of applications exceeds the number of wheelchair bays available, a ballot will
take place with priority given to those who have recorded the highest number of games.
Supporters who require a wheelchair bay, whose application is successful, will be contacted
directly.
Ambulant Disabled Supporters
Ambulant disabled supporters should purchase tickets in line with the full selling details.

• A letter from the Department of Works and Pensions confirming your entitlement to the higher or middle rate mobility/care component of Disability Living Allowance. 
• A letter from your GP confirming the nature of your disability 
• A letter confirming you receive Enhanced rate of Personal Independent Payment (PIP) 
• BD8 Certificate (Visually Impaired supporters only)
