Tickets that were purchased during these sales will remain valid for the rescheduled match.
Supporters who are now unable to attend, can return their ticket via the ‘Ticket Exchange’ or use the ‘Distribute’ option and send their ticket to another supporter, via ‘My Account’.
STADIUM ACCESS
Anfield is using NFC near field communication for stadium entry and all tickets will be digital on a smartphone in the form of an NFC pass.
NFC is compatible with iPhone 6 and above and most Android/Google phones.
ALL tickets purchased during these sales must be downloaded to a smartphone.

Tickets purchased during the Additional Members Sale ahead of the game being postponed, will remain valid for the rescheduled match.
Supporters who purchased tickets during the sale, and now unable to attend, should complete this form by Friday 18 February. Supporters who complete the form will be automatically reimbursed to their original method of payment, and the refund will appear back in their account within 5 working days of the ticket(s) being cancelled.
Supporters who purchased during this sale will not be able to distribute their ticket to another supporter or return it via the Ticket Exchange.
