LFC launches latest ticketing survey giving fans a real say

Season 2026/27

Anfield uses NFC (Near Field Communication) technology for stadium entry and all tickets are digital, in the form of an NFC pass.

Supporters require a digital NFC pass in order to access Anfield.

Your NFC pass should be stored within your Apple Wallet if you use an iPhone or within your Google Pay app if you use an Android/Google phone. You must scan your NFC pass from your smartphone wallet for entry into Anfield.

Once downloaded, your NFC pass will automatically update with the next match you are due to attend.

If you are a Season Ticket Holder or an All Red Full, Light or Junior Member, you can show your NFC pass in any Retail store to claim your All Red discount.

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

Your existing NFC pass will remain active for the 2026/27 season and should not be removed from your smartphone. If your NFC pass is not showing in your wallet, please check your expired passes and restore the NFC pass to your wallet.

ALL RED MEMBERS

If you are an All Red Full, Light or Junior member, you will need to download a new NFC Pass for the 2026/27 season. You can download your pass from the memberships section of My Account or from the Official LFC app.

If you have an All Red NFC pass from a previous season, this will expire and can no longer be used for either stadium access or retail discount. Please ensure you download your new NFC pass to your smartphone before arriving at the stadium if attending a game.

GENERAL ADMISSION NFC PASS HOLDERS

If you are not an All Red Member (Full, Light or Junior) or a Season Ticket Holder, you will need a General Admission NFC pass to be able to have tickets forwarded to you. It’s free to download a General Admission NFC pass but you must register with LFC to be able to access one.

If you already have an NFC pass from the 2025/26 season, this will remain active for the 2026/27 season and should not be removed from your smartphone.

If you don’t already have a General Admission Pass and would like a ticket to be forwarded to you, you’ll be able to obtain one ahead of the 2026/27 season. These will become available closer to the start of the season—please check back here for updates on when they are released.

Important Information Before Downloading Your Pass

NFC passes can be downloaded from 22 June 2026, either from the Official LFC App or from a supporter’s My Account.
Ensure when downloading your NFC pass, you log into My Account or the app from the smartphone you will use to gain access to the stadium on match days. NFC passes cannot be downloaded using desktop devices.
iPhone 6 and above, and most Android/Google phones are compatible with NFC technology.
You must download your NFC pass before you arrive at the stadium.

Stadium Access Cards

The club issues digital tickets for fans to access the stadium but recognises there may be a small number of fans who may find these difficult to use. We therefore provide access cards, which are a photographic ID card that can be used at the turnstile instead of a digital ticket, to those who meet our strict eligibility criteria.

Supporters who have an existing stadium access card do not need to re-apply as these will remain active for the 2026/27 season.

If you wish to share your ticket with another supporter, you must use the official Ticket Forwarding channel to ensure it is transferred securely and in line with club policy. Supporters can only forward their ticket to another supporter if the supporter being sent the ticket:
