Thomas Cook Sport update
We would like to thank all supporters that have contacted the Club regarding tickets purchased via Thomas Cook. As a Club we want to help minimise the impact on supporters where possible, we would like to thank supporters for their patience and understanding during this time.
Following the insolvency of the travel firm in September, the Club has been working with Thomas Cook and its liquidators to agree next steps. Fans can find the latest information and guidance on the page below regarding match tickets purchased via Thomas Cook.
2019 Fixtures - Home Match Tickets
We will be emailing all fans on Monday 21st October who have booked ticket/hospitality match packages directly from Thomas Cook Sport for 2019. For data protection reasons, we will only be able to contact the lead name on each booking.
Please note that this email will be limited to match tickets and we will not be able to offer any assistance with travel or accommodation.

If you booked through Thomas Cook Sport and can no longer attend the match, supporters should be able to claim a refund of amounts paid to Thomas Cook for match packages either through their credit card provider, travel insurance or ABTA.
