As a season ticket holder, Liverpool Football Club will rely on legitimate interest to process the personal information you provided as part of your purchase for the purpose of sending relevant communications and updates on the benefits you can access including but not limited to, Auto Cup Scheme, Ticket Exchange and any additional ticket sales you are eligible for.

V12 Finance Limited is offering a repayment plan to pay for your 2021/22 Season Ticket spread over 10 monthly repayments. 

The 10-month repayment plan interest rate is 0% meaning you do not pay any interest. 

An administration fee will be charged which will be included in your first monthly payment – the cost of the administration fee will be calculated as 3.95% of the cost of your Season Ticket. 



Loan Advance £685.00. Loan duration 10 months, repayable by 1 monthly instalment of £95.56 (including Admin Fee of £27.06) followed by 9 monthly instalments of £68.50. Representative APR 9.21% Annual rate of interest 0% Fixed. Total Amount Repayable £712.06.

How Do I Apply?

You can apply for V12 Finance when renewing your season ticket. 

Please note that Supporters are allocated 45 minutes to complete their transaction.  

You must complete your transaction within this time to avoid your session being closed. 

To ensure you can complete your credit application, you must have the following information to hand,  

  • Previous 3 years address history – with correct postcodes 
  • Email address and mobile number 
  • Employment details 
  • Bank details
  • Photographic ID (this will only be required if your application is referred)  

V12 FAQs

Can a member of my Friends & Family renew my season ticket for me using V12 Finance? 

Yes. If renewing more than one Season Ticket in the same transaction, they would all need to be paid for using the finance option and would also be bound to one finance agreement. To apply for finance in your name for your own season ticket, you should renew your season ticket individually. 

How long will it take to get a decision on my finance application? 

You will receive a decision almost instantly unless your application is referred. 

What does it mean if my finance application is ‘referred’ by V12 Finance? 

It means that V12 are completing further checks before confirming whether your application has been accepted or declined. V12 will contact you directly should they require any further information. 

Please note, if your application is referred you will receive an email from the Club confirming that your season ticket has been renewed. However, your purchase is not complete until V12 have accepted your finance application, or you have made alternative payment should your application be declined.

Auto Cup Scheme

The Auto Cup Scheme allows season ticket holders the opportunity to secure home tickets for Liverpool FC's season-wide cup campaigns - the *European, FA Cup and League Cup competitions. 

*Auto Cup Scheme payments will not be taken in the event Liverpool FC is not involved in the 2021/22 European Campaign. 

Seats are automatically allocated to scheme members and once registered you’ll remain in the schemes for as long as the team is involved in the competitions you’ve enrolled into. 

Auto Cup Scheme - NEW FOR SEASON 2021/22

Following recent feedback in the fan forums, season ticket holders will be subject to the same qualifying criteria as Members to enrol in the club’s Auto Cup Schemes. This will ensure a much fairer process for all supporters who would like to attend home cup games.   

As our participation in the 2019/20 cup competitions was completed in its entirety, we will be using the game history from that season to help allocate access to the Auto Cup Schemes for the 2021/22 season.

Please note, we will not be allocating credits for games purchased during the 2021-22 season for use in future seasons; game history will only be used within the 2021-22 season to allocate tickets as we progress through the competitions.


Season ticket holders who have recorded the below European home games will be eligible for European Auto Cup Scheme enrolment when you renew your season ticket. 

  • Napoli 
  • Salzburg 
  • Genk
  • Atletico Madrid  

FA Cup 

Season ticket holders who have recorded the below FA Cup home games will be eligible for FA Cup Auto Cup Scheme enrolment when you renew your season ticket. 

  • Shrewsbury Town 
  • Everton 

League Cup 

Season ticket holders who have recorded the below League Cup home games will be eligible for League Cup Auto Cup Scheme enrolment when you renew your season ticket.

How Do I Enrol?

You can enrol via one of the following ways: 

  1. During season ticket renewal  
  1. By logging into My Account before 24 May – select the 'Auto Cup Schemes' tab, click 'Enrol' and follow the on-screen instructions to complete enrolment. This option will only be available once your season ticket has been renewed. 
  1. During the Additional Enrolment Period: See below for full details 


Dates of the Additional Enrolment period will be published soon after the season ticket renewal period has ended.  

The benefits of enrolling during this time include:   

  • The option to select a different seat to your usual Premier League seat 
  • The opportunity to select seats with other eligible Season Ticket Holders during a dedicated Season Ticket Holder period – eligible supporters guaranteed a seat 
  • Following the dedicated season ticket holder period, there will be an opportunity to enrol with your friends / family regardless of whether they are Season Ticket Holders or Members – subject to availability and eligibility  

Please note 

  • We recommend that Season Ticket Holders enrol during renewal or the dedicated period for Season Ticket Holders to be guaranteed a seat
  • Season ticket holders and members will need to meet specific criteria to be eligible to enrol into the Auto Cup Scheme
  • We cannot guarantee enrolment to Season Ticket Holders that wish to enrol during the period available to Members 
  • Capacity for each scheme is limited

How can I check if I am eligible to join the Auto Cup Scheme for the 2021/22 Season? 

Log into My Account and go to the 'History' tab to check your purchase history. 

Alternatively, the schemes you are eligible to enrol into will show when you are renewing your Season Ticket online.  


Will I accrue any credits for tickets purchased via the Auto Cup Scheme for Season 2021/22? 

Tickets purchased for any match during 2021/22 will only be used as credits for matches played during season 2021/22, including Cup Finals. 

For Season 2022/23, Auto Cup Scheme eligibility will be based on game credits from the 2019/20 Season.  This is due to 2019/20 being our last full season with fans in attendance for the duration of our participation in all Cup competitions.

Ticket Exchange

As a Season Ticket Holder there may be times when you can’t make it to a Premier League home game. If you sell your seat on the Ticket Exchange, you will receive a *100% refund for your seat for that game. 

*For Premier League home games, season ticket holders will receive the value of their season ticket divided by 19 games. Click here for full details.

Ticket Exchange - NEW FOR SEASON 2021/22

Previously, season ticket holders would receive 75% of the value of their seat If it was sold on the Ticket Exchange. Any funds owed, would then be held and could only be used against the cost of their next season ticket. 

From Season 2021/22, you will now receive 100% of the value of your seat if it is sold on the Ticket Exchange, and there are more flexible ways for you to get your money back: 

  1. Opt for the funds to be added to your new Ticket Cash account after the game has been played. Any funds you hold within your Ticket Cash account can be spent against future online ticket purchases.
  1. Have the funds transferred directly to your bank account within 10 working days after the game has been played. 

In addition, we will be introducing a new Ticket Transfer option for Premier League home games which will enable you to to transfer your seat to one of your Friends and Family members.  Full details coming soon.
