In response to the second national lockdown, all of LFC Foundation and Red Neighbours' face-to-face community programmes have now been paused.

LFC Foundation has launched a new weekly timetable of virtual sessions for its Mini Kicks, Kicks, Kicks Girls, Kicks Inclusion and Open Goals programmes.

Places are limited so please pre-book in advance by visiting liverpoolfc.com/foundation. All sessions are free and open to all, unless stated.

Monday

  • 4.15pm-5pm: Mini Kicks, ages 4-6
  • 5pm-5.30pm: Kicks Inclusion (PAN football), under 14s
  • 5.15pm-6pm: Kicks, ages 7-8
  • 5.30pm-6pm: Kicks Inclusion, (PAN football), ages 14+

Tuesday

  • 4.15pm-5pm: Kicks Girls, ages 7-10
  • 5.30pm-6pm: Open Goals, ages 5+

Wednesday

  • 4.15pm-5pm: Mini Kicks, ages 4-6
  • 5.15pm-6pm: Kicks, ages 9-10

Thursday

  • 5pm-5.30pm: Kicks Inclusion (Disability & SLD), under 16s
  • 5.30pm-6pm: Kicks Inclusion (Physical Impairment & SLD), ages 16+
  • 5.30pm-6pm: Open Goals, ages 5+
  • 5pm-5.45pm: Kicks Girls, ages 11+

Friday

  • 4.15pm-5pm: Mini Kicks, ages 4-6
  • 5.30pm-5.45pm: Kicks Inclusion (Wheelchair Football), ages 6+

The Red Neighbours team are also running virtual yoga sessions on Mondays and Thursdays for adults. For more information, please email redneighbours@liverpoolfc.com.
