Youth Cup quarter-final date confirmed
Liverpool U18s will play their FA Youth Cup quarter-final against Bury on Wednesday March 6, it has been confirmed.
The game at Gigg Lane will kick off at 7pm.
Barry Lewtas’ side reached the last eight of the competition after a 2-0 defeat of Wigan Athletic last week.
The young Reds have also enjoyed wins over Portsmouth (3-2) and Accrington Stanley (4-0) in previous rounds of the competition.
Bury claimed a 2-0 victory away at Preston in their last-16 encounter.
The quarter-final tie must be decided on the night with extra-time and penalties a possibility.
