Adam Lewis has been called up by England for the U19 European Championship.

The Liverpool U23s left-back, who also captained the club's U18s last season, has been included in Paul Simpson's 20-man squad for the tournament in Finland, which gets under way on Monday.

Lewis, 18, won his first U19 international caps in March of this year and will hope to help the Young Lions retain the trophy they won in Georgia 12 months ago.

England begin their Euros campaign against Turkey on Tuesday.
