Follow our live blog from inside Melwood on day four of Liverpool's pre-season training ahead of 2018-19, including the latest news, photos, videos and much more. This page will auto-update, there's no need to refresh.
And that's that...
We're going to wrap things up for the day here at Melwood. Thanks for following us.
Stay logged onto Liverpoolfc.com tomorrow for more from the club's training base on day five of the pre-season schedule - and more from Jürgen Klopp.
See you then.
'We'll be recording it...'
Jürgen Klopp also chatted to us about the clash in kick-off times between Liverpool's friendly at Chester and England's World Cup quarter-final with Sweden.
The clubs looked at potentially moving the game from its scheduled 3pm start, but were unable to come up with a solution.
“Now we have tried for a few days to change the time, but it’s not possible. Chester tried as well, but said it is not possible – all of the things they have organised around the game, we cannot change it."
Liverpool's game with Tranmere has been brought forward 24 hours and will now be played at 7.30pm on July 10 at Prenton Park.
Boss on selection plans for Chester
Klopp is, however, hoping to field two different teams during Saturday's game with Chester.
“After the holidays, the boys have to adapt to the intensity and stuff like that – all the things we did in training. So it makes sense that they play 45 minutes," he said.
“I’m not sure if we have two complete teams because not really all positions are covered. But that’s the plan. Go there and get used to proper football again, that’s why we do it."
Lallana and Matip to miss Chester clash
Jürgen Klopp has confirmed to Liverpoolfc.com Adam Lallana and Joel Matip will miss Saturday's pre-season friendly at Chester FC.
When will Fabinho and Naby Keita make their LFC debuts?
On Saturday against Chester FC, if all goes to plan.

Gini and Virgil to report to Melwood on Sunday
Georginio Wijnaldum and Virgil van Dijk are set to report to Melwood on Sunday morning to begin pre-season training.
The Netherlands duo were afforded extended time off after taking part in post-season internationals for their country.
There is no second training session for the players today and, after having some lunch here at Melwood, most have now headed home.
We're not finished, though.
Keep an eye on Liverpoolfc.com for the first parts of our exclusive interview with Jürgen Klopp, which will be published this afternoon.
'They'll be fun to watch!'
Fabinho and Naby Keita have made an immediate impact on their new teammates at Melwood this week. We heard from Dom Solanke on how the summer signings have been settling in - click here to read the full story.
Ryan Kent and Dominic Solanke aren't the only ones who'll be interviewed by us today - the boss has very kindly agreed to speak to us later this afternoon.
Stay tuned to Liverpoolfc.com for the latest update from Jürgen Klopp.
Ryan Kent in conversation with LFCTV's Peter McDowall...
Stretching done, and now it's time to head in for a shower and a bite to eat.
Dom Solanke and Ryan Kent kindly stopped on their way in to speak to us. Stay tuned to Liverpoolfc.com, LFCTV and LFCTV GO to hear what the Reds duo had to say.
After nearly 45 minutes of running in the sunshine, the lads are now stretching off with strength and rehabilitation coach Dave Rydings.
In case you're wondering, I'm watching on from the balcony of Melwood's canteen!
Here's the scene right now at Melwood.
Jürgen Klopp and Pepijn Lijnders are in conversation to the left of the shot while the players continue running.
Group two - James Milner, Ragnar Klavan, Daniel Sturridge, Danny Ward, Curtis Jones and Pedro Chirivella - are out now, too.
As are group three, which includes Naby Keita and Fabinho.
The players have now split into smaller groups for more jogging.
Joe Gomez, Joel Matip, Loris Karius, Lazar Markovic and Caoimhin Kelleher are first up.
The lads are out and warming up in the glorious Melwood sunshine.
Fitness coach Conall Murtagh is leading them on a light jog around the inner perimeter of the training ground.
Before that, though, the squad sang 'happy birthday' to Alberto Moreno and the absent Dejan Lovren who, of course, is preparing for a World Cup quarter-final with Croatia.
Breakfast time at Melwood...
The players are gathered, donning boots and getting ready to head out for the day's session, which'll get under way shortly at 11am.
There was confirmation last night that Liverpool's pre-season friendly with Tranmere Rovers has been brought forward 24 hours to Tuesday July 10, with kick-off remaining at 7.30pm BST.
Saturday's meeting with Chester FC remains a 3pm start. Click here to view the fixture list.
The players are arriving here at Melwood - your correspondents have just received a hearty 'good morning!' from all-round good chap Ragnar Klavan - and will be making their way to the canteen for some breakfast ahead of training, which is scheduled to begin at 11am.
Weather
We could probably just write 'WARM!' here.
But to give you a more interesting sense of the conditions at Melwood, it is indeed already very humid in and around the training ground with little cloud cover to protect against the beaming sunshine. The players will be working up a sweat today, certainly.
Sheyi Ojo as strong as ever before
One youngster eager to make his mark this summer is Sheyi Ojo, who spent last season on loan with Fulham as they earned promotion to the Premier League.
"I've been working really hard during the break and I've been really excited about getting back to Liverpool and hopefully showing what I can do," he told us at Melwood.
Have you seen our brilliant footage from the first day of pre-season yet? The 10-minute package is available to watch via YouTube (below) and shows exactly what goes into those crucial early sessions. There's a chance to marvel at James Milner too...
The backroom staff are evidently early birds. We spotted John Achterberg and Pepijn Lijnders in the building before 8am this morning to proverbially catch the worm. Training is a couple of hours away.
