Throughout the Club’s review of its ticketing approach, three key areas were identified: improving access to tickets, enhancing the overall ticketing journey for supporters and strengthening protection from abuse.

Looking Ahead

These changes build on initial changes introduced ahead of the 2025/26 season, which focused on improving the supporter ticketing experience and tackling ticket misuse.

While these steps are important in improving the overall ticketing approach, the club recognises that challenges remain. Work will continue with supporters, guided by the findings from the ticketing review, to explore long-term solutions, particularly around ticket access and the future of match credits. You can read more about the ticketing review here.

The club wants these changes to benefit supporters and, in line with our ambition to protect our ticketing approach from abuse, the club will continue to invest in technology and target ticket misuse to ensure the changes being introduced are able to have the desired impact.
