The LFC Official App will provide an improved ticketing journey and will make it easier than ever to manage your tickets. Ticket Forwarding and listing your ticket on the Ticket Exchange are already available in the app, and the below new features will be added ahead of the new season.

Viewing Your Match Credits

A detailed summary of your Credit Balance will soon be available for you to view in the LFC Official App and this will be the easiest way to keep track of your Match Credits. You can download the app here if you don’t have this already installed.

Once this new feature is available, you will be able to view your Credit Balance for each competition, home and away. 

As a reminder, match credits will only count towards your eligibility to buy tickets if you have a valid All Red membership or Season Ticket for the current season.

Every Seat, Every Game

Season Ticket Holders will also be able to track their seat usage under the policy in the app.

NFC Passes in the App

If you need to download a new NFC pass, you will soon be able to do this straight from the LFC app as an alternative to downloading from your My Account.

If you’re an existing Season Ticket Holder, Seasonal Hospitality Member or General Admission NFC pass holder and already have your NFC pass downloaded to your device, you don’t need to do anything ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Any tickets you have will automatically load to your NFC pass which you can scan from your Apple or Google wallet for entry to Anfield. Season Ticket Holders and All Red members can also show their pass in any Retail store to claim their All Red discount.

All Red Members – NFC Download for 2026/27

To enhance ticket security, All Red Members will be required to download a new NFC pass for the 2026/27 season in order to access the stadium. NFC passes can be downloaded from either the LFC Official App or a supporter’s My Account – we will contact supporters once NFC passes are available to download.
