The LFC Official App provides an improved ticketing journey, making it easier than ever to manage your tickets. Ticket Forwarding and the ability to list your ticket on the Ticket Exchange are already available in the app, with new features now added to further enhance your experience.

Viewing Your Match Credits

The new My Match Credits feature in the LFC Official App is now available, making it easier than ever to track and manage your ticket credits in one place for each competition, both home and away. This addition helps simplify how you stay on top of your tickets.

Within the app, you can view your Credit Balance for each competition, home and away.

Your Credit Balance is made up of match credits earned in previous seasons and is what determines your eligibility to buy or register for General Admission tickets for men’s games.

As a reminder, your Credit Balance only counts towards your eligibility to buy or register for tickets if you hold either a current season ticket or All Red Full, Light or Junior Membership.

Every Seat, Every Game

General Admission Season Ticket Holders can also track their seat usage under the policy in the app, providing a clear view of how they have used their seat throughout the season. As a reminder, Season Ticket Holders must ensure their seat is used at a minimum of 15 Premier League home games across the season to be eligible to renew for the following season.

NFC Passes in the App

If you need to download a new NFC pass, you can now do this straight from the LFC app as an alternative to downloading from your My Account.

If you’re an existing Season Ticket Holder, Seasonal Hospitality Member or General Admission NFC pass holder and already have your NFC pass downloaded to your device, you don’t need to do anything ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Any tickets you have will automatically load to your NFC pass which you can scan from your Apple or Google wallet for entry to Anfield. Season Ticket Holders and All Red members can also show their pass in any Retail store to claim their All Red discount.

All Red Members – NFC Download for 2026/27

To enhance ticket security, All Red Members will be required to download a new NFC pass for the 2026/27 season in order to access the stadium. NFC passes can be downloaded from either the LFC Official App or a supporter’s My Account.
