Supporters are strongly advised to book accommodation near to the fan meeting point on Place de la Joilette.

The LFC Help Centre will be at La Coque, Place Basse, Pl. Henri Verneuil, 13002 Marseille, France, a 5-7 minute walk from the fan meeting point.

There is no ticket collection in operation for this fixture – all tickets are digital.

There will be a help point located at Place Basse, Pl. Henri Verneuil, 13002 Marseille where staff will assist with any ticket queries on match-day.

This is a 5-7 minute walk from the designated Fan Meeting Point at Place de la Joliette.

The building is fully accessible and has accessible toilets on site.
Matchday in Marseille

The day before the match, LFC supporters can visit the area of the Old Port but must not wear anything that will identify themselves as LFC supporters or congregate in large groups.

Supporters should not hang flags or any items of club colours in the city of Marseille at any time.

Supporters must not visit the Old Port (Vieux Port) area on matchday.

Anybody without a valid match ticket should not travel to Marseille.
Travel to the stadium

The only way fans can get to the stadium is via mandatory Metro travel via Joliette Station near the fan meeting point.

Supporters must be in this location by 16:30 on match day.

The police will direct supporters in groups of approximately 500 from the meeting point area to the Metro station.

Supporters will be asked to show their matchday ticket prior to accessing the Metro station.

The journey will take around 15 minutes; supporters will then be directed to the stadium via a secure route which takes five minutes.

Any supporter arriving at the stadium by other means will not be permitted access.

Wheelchair users will be contacted directly following their ticket and will be advised on how to access the stadium.
Inside the stadium

Supporters will enter via gate 20 at the Stade Velodrome.

Tickets for this match are digital and LFC ticketing staff and stewards will be in this location should any fans require support.

All supporters will be searched, followed by a ticket scan at the turnstiles.

LFC supporters will be located over three levels. Supporters must access the correct level and block as indicated on their ticket to ensure there is no overcrowding. LFC stewards will be situated in this area to provide guidance to supporters.
Permitted and Prohibited Items
Bags of 25cm x 25cm (9.8in x 9.8in) and smaller will be permitted in the stadium and will be searched on entry. This is slightly larger than A5 but smaller than A4.

Phone chargers/battery packs are permitted, but must be smaller than a mobile phone

Flags must have a fire safety certificate and must not have any offensive, political or discriminatory words or images on them. These will be checked on entry
Leaving the stadium

The police have advised the visiting supporters will be held back inside the stadium after the final whistle.

During the hold supporters must remain in the seating area other than to use the toilet or kiosks, which will remain open.

After a period of approximately 40 mins supporters will be released in groups of 500. LFC stewards will assist with this process, and supporters are requested to remain seated until called forward by the stewards.

Supporters will be escorted back to the Metro station and placed on Metros back to Place de la Joliette.

It is anticipated this process could take up to two hours to complete.

All supporters must travel back to Place de la Joliette, there will be no stops on the Metro journey and supporters will not be allowed to leave the stadium by other means.
Accessibility Information
Wheelchair users are not to use the dedicated Metro service and will be contacted to identify their intended mode of travel to the stadium so that their arrival at the stadium can be coordinated appropriately.
Upon request, Marseille Metropolitan Transport provides a dedicated local transport service for wheelchair users.

Information to be provided for the booking: Readable copy of ID and “mobility card”, pick-up address & hour, number of wheelchair users & personal assistants, and type of wheelchair (manual / motorised).
Taxis and private vehicles can also be accommodated at the stadium.
The internal route to the accessibility area involves entry via the main away entry point via gate 20 then there is a lift to the wheelchair bays, which are within the away section
