Season ticket holders and Members

Please ensure you have already downloaded your seasonal NFC pass onto your smartphone – a guide can be found here.

Non-season ticket holders and non-Members

Please ensure you follow this guide to download your NFC pass(es) onto your smartphone.

If you are the lead booker and have purchased tickets for friends and family not registered on our ticketing system, please note the following to ensure that they will be able to access the stadium on matchday:

  • After logging in, go to your My Account, select the ‘Tickets’ tab, select the transaction for the ticket you want to forward, then click ‘DISTRIBUTE’ and follow the on-screen instructions. An email will then be sent to the supporter with instructions on how to download their own ticket.

  • If supporters within your booking do not have a smartphone, you must download their ticket(s) to your own smartphone for them to gain access into the stadium on matchday. See our guide on how to do this.

We advise all supporters to download their pass(es) well in advance of travelling to Anfield on matchday.
