Season ticket holders and Members
Please ensure you have already downloaded your seasonal NFC pass onto your smartphone – a guide can be found here.
Non-season ticket holders and non-Members
Please ensure you follow this guide to download your NFC pass(es) onto your smartphone.
If you are the lead booker and have purchased tickets for friends and family not registered on our ticketing system, please note the following to ensure that they will be able to access the stadium on matchday:
After logging in, go to your My Account, select the ‘Tickets’ tab, select the transaction for the ticket you want to forward, then click ‘DISTRIBUTE’ and follow the on-screen instructions. An email will then be sent to the supporter with instructions on how to download their own ticket.
If supporters within your booking do not have a smartphone, you must download their ticket(s) to your own smartphone for them to gain access into the stadium on matchday. See our guide on how to do this.
We advise all supporters to download their pass(es) well in advance of travelling to Anfield on matchday.
Bags – are no longer permitted in the stadium and there is no bag storage facility.
The only exceptions are:
Small A5 or smaller bags carrying hygiene products
Small A5 or smaller bags carrying medicines
Club shop bags carrying purchases from the LFC retail store
Those bags permitted will be subjected to a bag search on entry point.
Entry time – supporters are encouraged to arrive at least 60 minutes before kick-off to avoid queues and allow for usual stadium entry checks and search procedures. Queues may be likely the closer you arrive to kick-off.
Cashless stadium – Anfield is now a cashless stadium; contactless and/or chip and pin payments are required in all areas.
