Liverpool FC has released the following ticket details for the FA Community Shield, to be played at Wembley Stadium, London on Sunday August 4.

The game will kick off at 3pm BST.

Ticket allocation and prices

The club has received an allocation of 29,074 tickets for this ALL ticket fixture.

Within the allocation of tickets received, approximately 12% are Category 1, 37% are Category 2, 33% are Category 3, 18% are Category 4.
 
Category 1 (Level 1): Adults £45
Category 2 (Level 1 and 5): Adults £35 
Category 3 (Level 1 and 5): Adults £25 
Category 4 (Level 5): Adults £20

Level 5

Level 5 is the highest tier, which has a steep gradient and supporters are advised that seating on Level 5 is not suitable for anyone suffering from vertigo or acrophobia. Supporters seated on this level are urged to remain seated for safety reasons.

Families with small children are advised to avoid the concourse on Level 5 at half-time as it is extremely congested.

Concessions

Concessions offered for this fixture will be available to juniors aged 3 -16 years and under, young adults (17-21 years) and over 65’s at a £10 reduction of the advertised adult price.

Junior tickets must be purchased with an adult ticket e.g. a minimum of one or maximum of two adults per junior is required.

Please be aware that supporters in possession of concessionary tickets will be asked for ID at the turnstiles. If supporters are not able to provide the relevant ID, they will be refused entry.

Juniors must be accompanied by a responsible adult and children under the age of two years are not permitted into the stadium under any circumstances.

Sales Dates

The club's end of season Premier League position has enabled us to qualify for the Community Shield and therefore the selling criteria for this match has been based on attendance at Premier League fixtures during season 2018-19.
 
Tickets purchased for this match will not count as priority for any future matches.

Disabled supporters
 
Within the allocation we have received 105 pairs of wheelchair and personal assistant tickets and 193 pairs of easy access tickets, priced at £20 per pair.
 
Easy access tickets will be allocated to ambulant supporters with limited mobility on a first come first served basis. Once the allocation of easy access seats has sold out, eligible ambulant supporters who wish to purchase tickets can still do so in other areas of the stadium at the relevant price category for that chosen area.

Supporters eligible to purchase during the above sales are guaranteed a ticket and can purchase one ticket per person up to a maximum of eight tickets per
transaction.
 
Tickets will then be available on a first come first served basis, subject to availability, and supporters can purchase one ticket per person up to a maximum of four tickets per transaction.

The number of qualifying supporters will far exceed the number of tickets available during the above sales, and we cannot guarantee that tickets will be available to all who apply.

Ticket fulfilment (Delivery of tickets)
 
Supporters must select one of the following fulfilment methods available when you reach the shopping basket before proceeding to checkout.

1 UK Post (only for supporters whose address on our system is listed as being within the UK)

Tickets will be sent special delivery to the registered address of the person making the booking, at a charge of £7.25.  Please note: this may differ from the details provided on the online form
 
Please ensure that when selecting this option that you will be able to accept delivery of your ticket.
 
We would encourage supporters to select the ‘post’ option to minimise queues at the ticket collection point on match day.

2 Collect in London (venue to be confirmed) 

All overseas supporters must select this option

To provide a consistent service, the club have decided not to offer ‘Collect from Anfield’ as an option for this fixture.
 
Supporters will be sent an email to the email address provided on the online form, week commencing Monday July 29; this will include a unique reference number and the collection point address. 
 
An SMS will also be sent to the mobile number provided on the online form
 
The person attending the game AND named on the online form MUST collect their ticket in London - no exceptions.   
 
Photo ID and a copy of the email that includes the unique reference number (printed version or shown on mobile) must be provided upon collection or tickets will not be issued.
 
Depending on the number of supporters who choose to collect their tickets in London, there may be queues on match day that could subsequently delay you from getting into the stadium prior to kick off.
 
Coach travel
 
Liverpool FC will be operating a coach service for this fixture departing at 8am from Arkles Lane, tickets are priced at £28.50 each.
 
Coach tickets can be purchased online.
 
Parking at Wembley
 
ALL coach and car parking must be purchased in advance through the Wembley Official Parking website.
 
Parking for Liverpool supporters and supporters’ coaches has been allocated in the Yellow Car Park.
 
Blue Badge parking is available in both the Red and Yellow Car Park and blue badge holders should select the appropriate category when pre- booking.
 
Additional off-site parking facilities are available within a 30-40-minute walk of the stadium.
 
There are no ‘pay on the day’ car parking options at Wembley Stadium. Vehicles that have not purchased a pre-booked parking space in advance will be prevented from entering the area.
