Young Reds: Train at Melwood this summer with LFC Soccer Schools
LFC Soccer Schools is offering young Reds a special opportunity to play at Melwood before the first team moves to a new facility in Kirkby later this year.
Take the chance to run out at the iconic training ground in West Derby, used by the club since the 1950s, with three courses available in June.
The Soccer School is open to boys and girls between the age of five and 15, and players of all abilities are welcome. Unfortunately, parents are not permitted to travel to Melwood and watch the programme.
The event will kick off at Anfield, where participants will meet their coach for the day and be registered into a group before taking a seat on a team bus and travelling to Melwood to undertake a training session just like a first-team star.
Players will enjoy a two-hour session led by experienced LFC coaches and also have the opportunity to have pictures taken by an official club photographer.
Courses will take place on the following dates.
Friday June 5 – 6pm-8pm
Saturday June 6 – 9am-11am and 2pm-4pm
