Inside Training: Legends gear up for Milan Glorie showdown
With an encounter against their AC Milan counterparts looming at Anfield next month, a host of Liverpool Legends donned their boots once more at the club's Academy on Wednesday to take part in a pre-match workout.
The likes of Jamie Carragher, Steve McManaman, Alan Kennedy and Michael Owen took to the indoor surface at the Kirkby complex to be put through their paces before they tackle the Italians in front of the Kop on Saturday March 23.
And with the opponents bringing icons such as Kaka, Andrea Pirlo and Paulo Maldini to town, it was an excellent way to loosen up before pulling on the red jersey and taking to the hallowed turf yet again.
