Following a review of our age restriction policy, the minimum age of entry for children attending games at Anfield is two years old. This change has been introduced as part of a wider update to our age restriction guidelines and reflects safety and welfare considerations for infants.

Anyone under the age of 16 years old attending must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

Supporters may be asked to provide proof of photo ID, including their date of birth, at the turnstiles before entry to the stadium is allowed.

To help speed up the flow of supporters through the turnstiles, please arrive early and have your phone ready and unlocked with your ticket displayed on your screen.

Railed seats within The Kop and Anfield Road Lower are designated safe standing areas. Those who purchase tickets in these areas will be able to remain seated during the game but should be aware that surrounding fans may wish to stand.

For safety and security purposes ONLY the following bags are permitted entry into the stadium:

• Small handheld bag which does not exceed A5 size (148.5 x 210mm / 5.8 x 8.3 inches)

• LFC Superstore clear carrier bag containing Superstore purchases only

All bags will be to be subject of a visual search before entry to the stadium.

Contactless and/or chip and pin payments are required in all areas.

LFC is supporting strong measures across football to tackle antisocial and criminal behaviours within football grounds – including entering the pitch without permission and carrying or using smoke bombs or pyros.
