AMBULANT SUPPORTERS
Ballot registration will be available online from 9am Thursday 9 May until 8am Friday 10 May.
Once registered, check My Account to ensure your registration is recorded on your record. Email confirmation of your registration will not be sent.
If you are unable to register for the ballot online, please contact us on +44 151 264 2500, option 2, an advisor will be happy to help you complete your registration. Ambulant and personal assistant registrations can be made on a 1:1 ratio basis only, for up to a maximum of two registrations per transaction.
Please note: When registering, ambulant supporters who regularly attend games with a personal assistant MUST also register their personal assistant.
Easy access tickets will be allocated to ambulant supporters with limited mobility on a first come first served basis. Once the allocation of easy access seats has sold out, eligible ambulant supporters who wish to purchase tickets can still do so in other areas of the stadium at the relevant price category for that chosen area.
SUPPORTERS WHO REQUIRE A WHEELCHAIR BAY
All eligible supporters who require a wheelchair bay will be contacted by telephone on Thursday 9 May.
