  1. Am I eligible to register for the ballot?

Ballot registration is available to Season Ticket Holders, *Official Members and Fan Card Holders who have recorded 6 Champions League Cup matches during season 2018/19.An email and SMS will also be sent to all eligible supporters on Wednesday 8 May.

*Official Memberships must have been purchased by Tuesday 7 May.

 

  1. I am a Premier Club or Dugout member with 6 games, am I eligible to register the ballot?

Yes, you are able to register for the ballot.

 

  1. When and how will I be notified of the outcome of the ballot?

Supporters who register for the Adult Ballot will be notified via email and SMS on Thursday 16 May.

Supporters who entered the Adult/Junior or Disabled Ballots will be notified via email and SMS on Thursday 16 May.

 

  1. If I register for adult tickets in the ballot and I am successful, does this mean that all supporters I registered with have also been successful and are eligible for a ticket?

No, supporters applying for adult tickets are entered into the ballot individually therefore, it’s is possible that you may be successful in the ballot but friends and family you registered with are not.

 

 

  1. If I register for adult/junior combined tickets in the ballot and the junior is successful, does this mean that the adult that registered with the junior has also been successful and is eligible for a ticket?

Yes, two tickets will be available to juniors who are successful in the ballot.

 

  1. If I register for adult/junior combined tickets in the ballot and I am successful, but the allocation adult/junior combined tickets are sold out – am I able to purchase two adult tickets?

Yes, supporters who are successful for adult/junior combined tickets in the ballot can still purchase at the full ticket price.
