Can I collect all the tickets within the one booking from the collection point?

For this fixture ONLY and in keeping with social distancing rules due to the ongoing Covid situation, any one of the supporters within the booking (named on the online form as attending the game) will be able to collect all tickets.

However, the supporter collecting must be able to provide the names of all the supporters in that booking that are attending the game, or the tickets will not be issued.

 

Who will be notified of the collection point details?

The supporter booking the tickets (i.e., the lead booker) will receive the details of the collection point by email and SMS. It will be their responsibility to forward the details onto the supporter collecting the tickets in Milan. 

 

When will the lead booker be notified of the collection point details?

An email and SMS will be sent on Friday December 3 with full details.

 

What do I need to bring when collecting my / our tickets?

  • A copy of the email sent to the lead booker on Friday December 3 – a printed copy or on your mobile phone

We also advise supporters to bring proof of address in the event of any discrepancies. Tickets will only be issued at the discretion of the Manager.

 

What should I do if I don’t receive the collection information email or SMS?

Will I be able to receive a refund if I do not collect my ticket?   

No, refunds will not be issued if tickets are not collected.
