Naby Keita set to miss rest of the season with injury
Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita is set to miss the rest of the season with a groin injury.
The Guinea international limped off midway through the first half of Wednesday night’s Champions League semi-final first leg defeat to Barcelona in Camp Nou.
The Reds’ medical staff are still assessing the extent of the damage but they fear that he will be sidelined for a number of weeks.
Captain Jordan Henderson is set to return to the starting line up at St James’ Park on Saturday after being left out of the team to face Barca.
