Liverpool eye Basel starlet
Liverpool are eyeing a transfer move for FC Basel’s Breel Embolo, according to reports in Italy.
Embolo, 18, is widely regarded to be one of the most promising young forwards in European football and a number of clubs are interested in him.
Manchester United and Arsenal were understood to be keen on Embolo but Calcio Mercato say the Reds are now weighing up a move for the teenager.
Embolo won an award back in February for being the Swiss Football League’s Best Youngster of 2014.
Everton are also thought to be keeping close tabs on Embolo.
