Fourteen players set to begin pre-season training on Tuesday
Fourteen players are set to report to the AXA Training Centre on Tuesday to begin pre-season preparations.
After an initial group started work on Saturday, the next batch of the squad will return after being afforded extra time off due to international involvement with their respective nations earlier in the summer.
Included will be new signings Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai, who will begin life as Liverpool players following their transfers to the club.
Harvey Elliott and Curtis Jones will return later in the summer after helping England to victory in the U21 European Championship final on Saturday evening.
The Reds have five pre-season friendlies lined up, starting with Karlsruher SC and Greuther Furth in Germany.
The squad will then head to Singapore to take on Leicester City and Bayern Munich, before returning to the UK and playing a fixture against SV Darmstadt 98 at Deepdale.
