Liverpool v Chelsea: TV channels and live coverage details
Liverpool's final home game of the season takes place on Wednesday when Chelsea visit Anfield (8.15pm BST kick-off).
The match - and subsequent Premier League trophy lift - will be shown live and free-to-air on Sky Sports/Pick TV in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Anyone with a Sky box, Virgin box or Freeview will be able to access the channel.
