Inside Training: Reds return to Melwood with a free-kick competition
The Liverpool first team returned to Melwood on Monday and LFCTV GO subscribers can take a look at the session with our latest Inside Training video.
After a week-long winter break, the Reds regrouped to begin preparations for Saturday's trip to Norwich City in the Premier League.
The LFCTV GO cameras were back at the training ground, too, to provide a compilation of the workout - including a rendition of Happy Birthday and typically fast-paced rondos.
There was also a good-natured free-kick competition between Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jordan Henderson and Virgil van Dijk.
