Team flight photos: Liverpool set off for Champions League final in Madrid
Liverpool are en route to Madrid for Saturday's Champions League final - and our photographer captured the squad's departure.
The Reds left Merseyside on Friday afternoon bound for the Spanish capital ahead of the clash with Tottenham Hotspur.
A crowd of supporters with banners greeted their arrival at John Lennon Airport, while good luck messages were scattered around the terminal, too.
