Salah's derby stunner nominated for Puskas Award
Mohamed Salah's stunning goal against Everton at Anfield last season has been shortlisted for the 2018 FIFA Puskas Award.
The Liverpool No.11 marked his first appearance in a Merseyside derby with a sensational spin and curled finish into the top corner despite the snowy conditions.
Salah himself named the strike as one of his favourites of 44 scored in his debut campaign – and the effort was one of 10 nominated for the Puskas Award on Monday.
The winner will be decided by an online poll of fans at FIFA.com and announced at a ceremony in London on Monday September 24.
