Reds drawn against Chelsea in League Cup third round
Liverpool will face Chelsea at home in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
The Reds are set to begin their run in the 2018-19 edition of the tournament by hosting their fellow Premier League side at Anfield.
The teams' most recent meeting in the competition was in the 2015 semi-finals, when Chelsea claimed a 2-1 aggregate victory.
This tie will be played in the week commencing September 24.
